The sampling system consists of two components:

Heated sampling probe:

• 10 micron tip filter
• 150 lb. flange
• Stainless or Hastelloy wetted parts

Heated Sampling case:


• Heated 0.3 micron filter
• Dual stage permeation SEC dryer
The SEC dryer is made up of two concentric, large diameter tubes. The inner sample tube is a semi-permeable material which selectively allows the water moisture to migrate into the outer dry air tube, while keeping the gases of interest totally unaffected.

The dry air carries the moisture to a vent while the dry gas sample is delivered through an unheated sample line* to the analyzers.

*sample lines may be heated or unheated according to gases being measured and ambient conditions
