Field Services

Factory Trained Support

Altech's factory trained Field Service Team provides expert services for your new and existing equipment. Our Field Service Engineers offer both hands-on and technical support to assist with your needs. Our scope of specialized support includes:

  • Regional coverage
  • Installation and startup support
  • Troubleshooting and repair
  • Routine maintenance for warranty and pre-purchased service contracts
  • VPN / Modem connectivity to support the DAS or Altech's analyzer systems allowing quick and inexpensive diagnostics
  • RATA supervision

Maintenance Contracts

To ensure maximum performance of your equipment, maintenance contracts are available in routine monthly, quarterly or yearly intervals, including QA/QC audits required by regulatory agencies. Contract price discounts are awarded for the purchase of multi-year agreements. A maintenance contract entitles the customer to price discounts on the purchase of replacement parts and consumables.
