Service Engineer Technician, Emissions Monitoring  Remote

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Installation, maintenance, repair, and technical customer support of Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS) throughout North America
  • Train customer personnel after initial system installation and startup
  • Manage and control field inventory, tools, supplies, and technical documentation pertaining to the service call
  • Obtain and maintain a thorough knowledge of the CEMS industry including applications in which instruments/systems are used and general knowledge of EPA air quality regulations
  • Prepare and submit accurate field service documentation in detail and complete forms for customers, as well as accounting, quality control, engineering and management as required
  • Serve as a company liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters to interpret and resolve problems
  • On-site customer support for system testing and audits
  • Promote the growth of ENVEA Inc by actively identifying potential sales and service contract leads, communicating regularly with sales managers regarding such leads as well as customer satisfaction issues

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • 3+ years of electronic technology applications or electronic service experience; will consider recent graduates with practical work experience in an electronics environment
  • Degree/college education in Electronics Technology or similar discipline or equivalent military education/experience
  • Valid Driver’s license
  • Currently Authorized for Work in USA for at least 7 Years
  • 75% overnight travel

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Ability to read electrical schematics
  • Knowledge of analog and digital electronic circuitry and microcontrollers
  • Strong work ethic showing thought and problem-solving ability
  • Attention to detail and ability to plan ahead
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Dependable, organized, self-directed, highly motivated, enthusiastic, and detail oriented
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., climb a ladder, comfortable with extended heights, and able to withstand extreme environmental temperatures

Regional Sales Manager – Southeast / Gulf Region – Remote

The Regional Sales Manager will report to the Sales & Marketing Director. This individual will be responsible for new business development within the Southeast / Gulf US region. Additional sales activities will include; lead qualification, support of field representatives, direct sales, and promoting the company in new and existing markets within the Southeast / Gulf US region.  This position will entail direct interaction with municipalities, manufacturing and industrial locations as well as sales related activities with local, state and federal agencies.  Regular travel is required for this position.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

  • New business development in the areas of systems and individual product
  • Maximize sales and profitability of the ENVEA product portfolio
  • Maintain and develop relationships with current customer base; identify opportunities for new product introduction.
  • Identify and establish relationships with key individuals within existing markets
  • Prepare and present information related to multiple product lines and capabilities within the ENVEA organization
  • Identify potential new markets and applications
  • Track multiple stages of the sales cycle including project management notification, request for proposals, and contract award
  • Initiate the preparation of bids and product inquiries, interacting with the Sales Manager, Contracts Administrator, Engineering, Inside Sales and Marketing
  • Ability to present complex and cost-effective design solutions to multiple departments at the end user including engineering, purchasing and maintenance
  • Identify, establish, and manage a Manufacturer's Representative network within the territory; provide training and ongoing sales and technical support to field representatives
  • Participate in regional and national tradeshows
  • Prepare sales reports in accordance with management's requirements; participate in the preparation of monthly sales forecasting and departmental sales meetings
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of current and developing regulations and applicable technologies relating to air quality and industry standards

Position Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree preferred; Technical discipline a plus

  • Relevant experience and/or technical training to develop an understanding of various analytical techniques, regulatory compliance and manufacturing processes that are applicable to our product portfolio
  • Ability to travel up to 60-70%; position is based out of your virtual office.
  • 4+ years of relevant sales experience
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-directed, highly motivated, accountable, and capable of meeting tight deadlines
  • Results-oriented with demonstrable creative/effective problem solving and negotiating skills
  • Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with customers, vendors, and coworkers in a professional manner
  • Excellent time management skills
  • An insatiable desire for success
